LIVONIA, MI – Christine Fawkes’ father loved to experiment in the kitchen. He stumbled upon a recipe over 60 years ago, tweaked it a bit, and now it has been a family favorites for decades. Christine submitted her father’s Potato Chip and Pecan Crunch Cookies recipe and it was chosen as the September 2012 winner of the Better Made Snack Foods recipe of the month contest

“My father found the recipe over 60 years ago in a local paper or magazine,” says Christine. “He liked to try out new recipes in the kitchen, so he modified it a bit and cooked up a batch, and we loved it! He gave it to me and now my entire family has enjoyed it throughout the years. We love Better Made products!”
